i-Bounce Fitness Bootcamp
Exciting, tough and effective training originated in the
military to improve recruits fitness in the shortest time
possible, now is available with i-Bounce. A programme that helps
manage your weight and enhance your fitness.
Weekly programme based on the following fitness elements:
Aerobic Endurance;; Muscular Strength; Muscular Endurance; Body
Composition; Balance; Flexibility; Speed; Agility and Muscular
Power.
Weekly training session conducted every Saturday morning, 7.30am
to 8.30am at Sengkang Riverside Park (diagonally opposite
Sengkang Sports Complex & Anchorvale Community Club).
1st Saturday of the month: Resistance Band Training
2nd Saturday: Rebounding
3rd Saturday: Body Weight Training
4th Saturday: Speed and Agility Training
5th Saturday: Bonus Session on Rebounding
i-Bounce Rebounders (mini trampolines) will be provided during
rebounding session but participants must bring their own
exercise mats for all sessions.
Course Fee:
Any Single Session - $20
4 Sessions - $60
8 Sessions - $100
