I-Bouncing is a solution to exercise boredom.
It is claimed to prevent body toxicity, obesity and osteoporosis.
It also provides active aging and fitness for seniors helping them with their balance, agility and co-ordination.

Lessons include warm up, stretching, health/soft bounce, toning & strength bounce, aerobic and cardio-vascular workout,
lymphatic massage and meditative bounce
